  • Warren Goddard



    Warren is currently Managing Director of FHG Ltd a company he founded in 2005.

    FHG Ltd is a highly successful sports rights consultancy business, and as its principal Warren has over 25 years' experience at securing, designing, building and exploiting commercial rights models associated with sport and especially rugby.

    He has a prestigious portfolio of clients including the Crusaders, Highlanders, OAMM Ltd and Ticket Direct and is a shareholder or director of several private and public companies in property, tyres,  rugby, hospitality and technology. Warren was previously a director of New Zealand's largest coffee importer.

    Warren has introduced literally hundreds of brands to sports properties in New Zealand and Australia in the past 25 years and specialises in complex sports rights transactions and especially sponsorships.

    Based in Christchurch, Warren has a passion for the rebuilding of his city after the well-published earthquakes of the past 5 years.

    Over the past 35 years Raymond has been involved in numerous successful businesses across various industries.  As CEO or Chairman of each of these businesses he has had a day-to-day relationship with each of the companies driving the success they enjoy today.

    2. Johannesburg Expo Centre (Pty) Limited - Board Member and shareholder.
    3. Exclusive Logistics Solutions - Board Member and shareholder.
    4. Dogan Exhibitions & Events - Board Member and shareholder.
    5. OAMM Pty Limited Australia and OAMM NZ Ltd - Chairman and shareholder.
  • Greg Barclay



    Greg is an experienced commercial lawyer and company director. He has had a long involvement in the business of sport including founding his own sports management company in 1999 which trades as Experience Group today. He is recognised as a specialist in this area.

    At present he is a director of New Zealand Cricket and the International Cricket Council (ICC), was previously a chairman of Northern Districts Cricket and was a director of Cricket World Cup (CWC) 2015. He was also a director of Rugby Sales Limited which was a commercial partner involved in Rugby World Cup 2011. In 2005 he was chairman of Lions Hospitality Limited which delivered a successful hospitality solution for New Zealand Rugby around the Lions tour of that year. He acts as an advisor to various other sporting entities or businesses.

    Greg is chairman of Pacific Forest Products Group, Franchised Businesses Limited and Boffa Miskell as well as NZX/ASX listed company Smartpay Limited. In 1997 he was a founding principal of commercial law firm Claymore Partners and became a consultant to the firm in 2013 to focus on professional directorships and advisory work. He is a chartered member of the NZ Institute of Directors.

    Warren Barclay is the CEO of All Blacks Hospitality.  He has been involved in commercial sports for the past 15 years through Capital Events Limited, Lions Hospitality 2005 Limited, Hospitality NZ 2011 and Experience Group.  Warren has spent his working life involved in sales and marketing.  Since graduating from Canterbury University he has worked for various corporates in New Zealand and overseas including AMP, UDC, Interpak (UK) and prior to owning his own businesses, was New Zealand & Pacific Islands Sales and Marketing Manager for DHL. 

  • Philippa Beams

    General Manager


    Philippa Beams will lead the various teams for All Blacks Hospitality including the DHL New Zealand Lions Series 2017.  Currently the General Manager at Experience Group she has over 20 years' experience in travel and events.  Philippa has overseen the product and delivery of All Blacks Hospitality since 2011.

    Sales & Marketing Manager

    David Redmond

    David Redmond has over 10 years in the sports and events industry and is currently the Product Development Manager at Experience Group overseeing and implementing travel and hospitality product worldwide.  In addition David oversees the sales, marketing and digital management of product for All Blacks Hospitality including the DHL New Zealand Lions Series 2017 hospitality programme.

  • Mike Owens

    Sales & Business Development


    Mike is currently the Business Development Manager with Experience Group in the South Island with a key role around our Crusaders Travel and Hospitality programme.  Mike has specialised in group travel, events and sport tours for over 25 years.  He has been involved in every Rugby World Cup programme since 1995.  Mike will lead our South Island sales team for All Blacks Hospitality including the DHL New Zealand Lions Series 2017.

  • Jonathon Westphal

    Sales & Business Development


    Jonathon is the current Business Development Manager with Experience Group tasked with looking after the North Island.  A sports fanatic, Jonathon has a background in strategic business growth and global sourcing as well as time spent working as a research analyst on market intelligence.  Jonathon will work closely with the sales team for All Blacks Hospitality including the DHL New Zealand Lions Series 2017.
